We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. If you Have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. If you have opened and used it we will not be able to accept the return. To summarize you can nearly always return an unwanted Item within the 14 day period as long as it has not been opened, or used and is still in the original packaging/sealed as received. If the returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.
